Our Own Delusions Are Leading Us To Destruction

God doesn't bless mess...so because we see things manifesting in our lives {without proof of origin}; we are convinced God is blessing us. Have we forgotten that the enemy of our soul is also the greatest imposter, imitator and copy write infringer of all times? I love the portion of the movie "GOD IS NOT DEAD" where the mother who has dementia has a moment of clarity and tells her son: Sometimes the devil allows people to live a life free of trouble because he doesn't want them turning to God. Their sin is like a jail cell, except it is all nice and comfy and there doesn't seem to be any reason to leave. The door's wide open. Till one day, time runs out, and the cell door slams shut, and suddenly it's too late.

Over in Matthew 5 it says that He makes His sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust...so with that being said...if we are walking in a disillusioned state of being...bondage and sin...is it possible that we think we are THE JUST simply because of a little rain that may be falling our way?

Unfortunately many think that because we have a good testimony or that we are being blessed... then we are in right standing with God and that our breastplate of righteousness is still intact.

I submit to you today to check your armor...nothing worse than to find a hole in what we think is protecting us....THAT...can lead us to destruction; yes even while wearing our armor.
